MEETING OF THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE OF THE ASANTE AKIM SOUTH MUNICIPAL ASSEMBLY

The executive committee of the Asante Akim South Municipal Assembly held its meeting to quarterly meeting to deliberate on issues pertaining to the various subcommittees. This edition of the meeting was held on Thursday, 27th April, 2023.

About Us

Asante Akim South Municipal Assembly was carved out of the then Asante Akim District in furtherance of government’s decentralization policy that also established the Assembly with its capital as Juaso via legislative instrument, (L.I) 1409 of 1988. Asante Akim South was elevated to Municipal Status in 2017 via Legislative instrument (L.I) 2263 of 2017.
