The 66th Independence day celebrations took place at Juaso SHTS in Juaso.

As part of the newly built courts in Juaso and Bompata, the Presiding Judges of those courts were also accorded a plash bungalow each to serve as their place of residence.

The Judicial system in the Asante Akim South was strengthened with the addition of two new Courts in the Municipality at both Juaso and Bompata.

The My First day at school event was held for the re-opening of the new academic year in the Asante Akim South Municipality.
